We want you to be fully satisfied with your dryrobe®; if your item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt provided it is in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the dryrobe® back in its original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the product is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 working days of arrival.
